New Work: 3 Puget Sound Artists

artists: Perri Lynch, Richard Morhous, Paula Stokes

Perri Lynch is an artist who explores human perception with navigation, intuition and physical proximity.  Using sound, light , sculpture and image, Lynch focuses on land meeting sky and sea meeting shore; where inner landscape converges with the outside world.  Inspired by her travels to India, Kauai and the American West,  comes this series 'Making Movies.'

Northwest native, Richard Morhous  takes his influence from German Expressionists.  His unique vision turns the emotional energy of a city into something new and innovative.  Morhaus also studied Printmaking at Prahran Institute.  His work is available at the SAM Gallery and the Lisa Harris Gallery.

The works of artist Paula Stokes is inspired by the human body, suggesting its interior landscape.  It also showcases her interest in psychological geography.  Stokes is represented by the SAM Gallery; her work is also in the permanent collection at the National Museum of Ireland.

All of the works on display in the Gallery Art Walk are available for purchase. Each piece has a label listing the artist’s name and contact information, as well as the price.
